Refund policy

Products may be returned within 30 days from shipping, provided they remain in resalable condition with all original tags attached.

Steps for Return:

• Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Submit a return request through our [website/return portal] or by contacting customer support at hello@monchou.com.
• Once the return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and affix the provided return shipping label.
• Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location or arrange for a pickup, if applicable.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

 

Exchanges
At this time, we’re unable to process exchanges due to tracking limitations. If you need a different size, color, or style, kindly return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
