Where will you ship from?
- We’re thrilled to ship your orders from our California warehouse within 24 to 72 hours, Monday through Friday! Just a heads up - during holidays, restocks, and new launches there might be a tiny delay. We appreciate your patience, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy your order!
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we love to offer free shipping on all orders over $79 within the contiguous USA! And guess what? If you’re in Canada or Australia, you can enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 USD!
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. However, for details on processing and delivery times, please refer to our Shipping information. During checkout, you'll also find estimated shipping timeframes and rates based on your specific location.
Can an order be changed?
- Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped.
Can an order be canceled?
- Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Products may be returned within 30 days from shipping, provided they remain in resalable condition with all original tags attached.
Steps for Return:
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Submit a return request through our [website/return portal] or by contacting customer support at hello@monchou.com.
- Once the return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and affix the provided return shipping label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location or arrange for a pickup, if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
Do you accept exchanges?
- At this time, we’re unable to process exchanges due to tracking limitations. If you need a different size, color, or style, kindly return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Care & Wash For Our Products
- For best care, we recommend washing your garment separately the first time before wearing. Always reverse the garment before washing or ironing, and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar light colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain the fabric's quality. Tumble dry on low heat, but avoid dry cleaning. Please note that color transfer to lighter fabrics may occur, and slight fading over time is natural.
Why do my items fit differently?
- With every production, we continuously refine our designs based on customer feedback. Due to seam allowances and the inherent nature of our Organic Pima Cotton fabric, measurements may vary by 1-3 cm. We also regularly enhance features like snaps, zippers, and other small details to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards in line with current production practices.
